As a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, our mission is to collaborate with educational and business organizations to offer resources that help participants explore, develop, and sharpen the skills employers seek!
Job Placement
We understand that finding meaningful work opportunities can be challenging, especially for young adults with disabilities. Whether at one of our ventures or out in the community, we are committed to helping our participants secure employment that aligns with their aspirations and abilities.
Ongoing Support and Mentorship
Our support doesn’t end once a participant secures a job. We provide ongoing mentorship and training to ensure their continued success in the workplace. Our dedicated team is always available to offer guidance, address any concerns, and celebrate their achievements.
